What's the year? We need to know so we know what double dies are in that year. But I don't see any doubling.

Dang. Really? It looks like a toucan bird. Haha! Screenshot_20200615-232522.png

The "toucan bird" you see looks like it is due to damage.

A full picture of the obverse would help a lot.

Just a normal, well circulated quarter with some PMD.

What do you think of this penny? There's a glob on God. Also one seven looks tiny, the other big. Something looks messy with Liberty IMG_20200616_203052.jpg IMG_20200616_203149.jpg

I suggest you do some reading and studying of the minting process. All you're showing are damaged coins.

After so many posts, I thought you would have actually taken the time to learn coins rather than post everything you get back in change.

    Kelly, Go to:

doubleddie.com ...this is John Wexler’s website. Read the sections listed on the left side of the home page. Forum members know you want to learn, this is one of the best places to start.

This is your thread, but you changed the subject. A new thread will reach more people...also, post full obverse and reverse, then a close-up of the area of the coin you have a question about...and always ask a question or make a remark so members don’t have to guess what you mean.

    Happy learning!...Spark

The best advice I ever took on here was to slow down and learn the whole process. The second best advice was quit looking so hard because you’ll convince yourself that something is there when it’s really not. Happy hunting!
