Is this a Cheerios dollar? I can't tell if the feathers are more defined but something looks wonky with them. Ha!

To find a Cheerios Dollar in circulation is a astronomical feat. I'm not seeing the characteristics needed on your tail feathers.
I see the normal circulation wear that the coin takes over the years that makes it look wonky.
