Maybe a small premium to the right person, but a hard sell because of the denomination, bank stamp and general condition of the note.
Higher denomination notes are difficult to sell in many cases, and the condition of your note, plus the tellers stamp, label this as a damaged note, so I personally would spend it, but posting it on eBay may get you a slight profit. One never knows what some people will spend their money on (Bididiots).
I sold a $20 birthday note for a $25.99, free shipping. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/sold-a-circulated-20-birthday-note-profits.358916/ Total sale price: $25.99 eBay fee: $2.60 PayPal fee: $1.11 Shipping: $0.55 Envelope: $0.10 Net total: $21.64 TOTAL PROFIT: $1.64 Conclusion: not really worth it.
To the right person yes. Bear in my that that bill is torn , tattered, has a tellers stamp and is highly circulated. In that shape it's not worth much over face but it is a true birthday note.
