1989 penny Possible but unlikely doubling

    Where do you see doubling? Can you post a picture of the areas in question? There appears to be worn die issues, evident by the outside ring on the obverse but there at least 4 DDOs.

    All I'm seeing is evidence of a worn obverse die. Ridge ring and die polishing going on.

    Here’s what looked like it to me but again I’m always wrong lol... the inside curl of the 9, the upper part of the 8, and the right branch of the Y in liberty
