What is this ?

    I cant quite figure this one out if it is a real roman coin or not and who it might be.
    looks something like Geta , any ideas ?

    I doubt it's a real coin. The reverse is completely smooth, which would be unusual for a coin.

    The defect on the reverse doesn't appear to be a through-hole, so perhaps a one-sided display piece of some kind.

    Maybe two blanks were put on the die at the same time?

    The obverse looks like it might be cast. The style seems good. So, yeah, perhaps it's a cast of the obverse of a genuine coin intended as--talk about unhelpful--a button or display piece.
