Where do you live that you're finding "real gold" ancient coins in change? Maybe I should move there! Are you a time traveler? Also, what does any of that have to do with the topic of this thread?

He is 90 now, according to his profile.

I'm not sure if he's our oldest member or not.

I did go through a rough patch, but I have had a good “bounce-back” and now feel pretty good and get around pretty well.

Yes, I suppose it is for many people - although my ggrandkids didn’t have any difficulty pronouncing it, one of my daughters used to call her “Aggy”. The veterinary Doctors and nurses loved her full name though.

Ah, regrets indeed, Gary. All I can say is: “me too”.

Beverly just reminded me of another story: One time during a veterinarian visit the lady at the front desk started to fill out an appointment reminder. “How do you spell your name again”?, she asked. I spelled it out for her and started to add “Agrippina is spelled …………… “ but she cut me short and said “Oh, I know how to spell her name, it is your name I had forgotten how to spell”!

I notice that the Three Sisters coin mentioned at the beginning of this thread is still for sale, almost 1 1/2 years later!

That is a bit curious. Are you thinking of making an offer?

It's a nice coin but way overpriced in my opinion. I've seen nice Three Sisters go for a lot less on CNG auctions, one for $3500 recently.

It's way out of my price range. I've never spent $1,000 on a coin, let alone almost $8,000!
