do you need a bank account to trade cash for rolls? lol sorry for such a random question but my friend prolly doesn't wanna waste gas thanks in advance :thumb:
My Wells Fargo will if the cashier has it in their drawer. If they have to go to the vault person, you need an account. My Rabobank doesn't for either, but they see me more often so I don't know if they do or not. Sorry, I think it will depend on the bank. Jim
Most banks will sell you some rolls as long as it is not to many that they have to go to the vault to get them. At one bank here they keep several rolls handy for for the tellers. Bill
That's true. It also depends on the quantity you want and the quantity the teller has on hand. When I was a teller, I would try and keep as many rolls of coin on hand as I could...I'd prefer to have 30-50 rolls of cents, nickels, dimes and quarters each. If I had that, I would happily give a couple rolls to a non-customer if they asked for them...but I wouldn't give them more than a couple without an account. If I was really short on rolls, it was "no."
lol well turns out we go all the way up there and oops... veterans day so went to wal mart and got quarter rolls and didnt get anything.
