Is this a 1943-DD Mercury dime, please help?

I bought this coin from a dealer and it appears that the D is doubled. Do I need glasses? Attached are the photos.

The images are pretty small and get blurry when I zoom in. But I think it is die deterioration doubling, or DDD. Common mistake.

 

Not a Doubled mintmark.
