A question about a 2003 or 2007D Lincoln cent

    Please bare with me! I'm trying to show all the places without needing to say anything!.if you check around his neck,he is wearing a horse saddle?

    It's just a damaged/stained cent. No error, no "horse saddle".

    Oh and, you really do need to be descriptive with what you see and not let your pics talk for themselves. Most times, there is nothing but damage and we have no idea what you are looking at.
