How did this coin get a CAC sticker???? At BEST it is a 65, nothing more. Looks like the owner was looking for a boost up in the grade. How much did that cost for that sticker that does nothing to change the fact that it is SIMPLY A 65!!!!!

I think your Morgan has a solid grade and got the green sticker.

 

The Morgan looks pretty solid for an MS64. I'd go with a green sticker as well.

No to CAC on Ngc VF 20 1895-O $ - I would call it a C coin. For CAC needs be A or B.
