I would not give it a sticker. Whatever is going on with the face looks like additional, fairly new damage
How did this coin get a CAC sticker???? At BEST it is a 65, nothing more. Looks like the owner was looking for a boost up in the grade. How much did that cost for that sticker that does nothing to change the fact that it is SIMPLY A 65!!!!!
