    I enjoyed IHC, too, though I completed the collection in G-XF. Your 1901 is lovely. Looks MS64 RD to me.

    Thanks, Cheech, but since we are already rolling on this and there is no space for a new post at the top, I'll start your quarter giveaway in its own thread, billed under your name, and find a stock picture. If you want to make it a random drawing like these are, I can handle that for you too. We can have the drawing whenever you choose to end the contest. Just LMK. And thanks. I don't follow moderns much, but those W-mint quarters do seem popular.

    I buy the coin and the holder. The coin comes first, of course, but what the holder says counts, too. ;)

    I think ICG undergraded that one.

    Speaking of undergraded ICG coins, check this out. Before and after.

    I'm guessing that crackout-and-resubmission might have made a nearly $1,000 difference. Maybe not quite, but still...

    Man, I miss that coin.

    *ICG did get one thing right that PCGS didn't. They put "England" on the label instead of "Great Britain", which PCGS used. As our friends across the pond know, there was no "Great Britain" prior to 1707, which was 710 years after this coin was made.
