    64. Tough to tell exactly from the photos but the middle of the center bands look to have too much weakness and don't seem separated. What seems like hits and hairlines could put this at 63.

    I love the luster on the reverse. I am going to go against the grain and say MS 66, no full bands though. She is a beauty.

    I think that the FB designation was a bit generous, given the weakness on the central portion.

    Its positively an FB. I have a PCGS 65FB same year and the bands are not as nice as on this coin.

    The OPs coin looks like it was graded by Stevie Wonder. From the photographs shown, it is clearly not full bands. I have no problem with your opinion that the bands are full, the angle of the photo could be playing tricks on us, but to say that this coin is “positively” full bands is absurd.
