I really have two questions: question one is, is this blob of an S an error? And also do you think it is possible with the condition and dings on this coin to get restoration and become at least an MS60 coin?
Looks like a possible die break, but could be wear. A die break IS an error, but it isn't worth anything more because of it. And once the coin is worn down and circulated, it can not be restored to MS60.
