Measuring at 22mm and with a really thick flan and high relief, I believe this to be a Tetradrachm from Alexandria. That bust is not one that I'm used to, so I can only guess Hadrian, but I was wondering if someone with a keener eye than mine could help me out? Thanks!

I feel like you can always tell Gallienus by his weird grape-neck-beard
