I hear there is a book coming but I have no clue when? I may get one of the auction catalogs that has many of them covered but I'd rather wait on the book. ;)

I gotta get something soon since there are so many 1787's and I don't have anything but Breen's & CoinFacts to use to attribute and nether do the year justice.

Thanks for helping to attribute this one for me!

Right now some of the auction catalogs are the best references for Connecticuts, particularly the Taylor sale. It is quite expensive and hard to find, I still regret not getting it when I had the chance. The 1787's are pretty formidable to attribute, there are so many and so little difference in many of them.

Someone told me either Heritage or Superior is putting together a book on them but there isn't a known release date as of now.

    Here's better pics of the 1788 16.2-O:

I haven't confirmed our attribution yet. I just took the pics and figured I'd upload them here then go compare it to the one on Notre Dame's 1788 plates. ;)

Ps: Looks like a 1788 16.2-O to me. :thumb:
