Hello Everyone, Today I did a 6 hour Detecting hunt at Brooklyn's Prospect Park. It was a very hot day. I made the big mistake of not bringing water to drink and at the end I became lightheaded, dizzy and weak The affects of dehydration I had a tough time getting home but I made it In the very first half hour I did very well. 1 - 1941 Silver Mercury Dime 1 - 1883 Indian Head Cent 1 - Silver .925 Ring I though that I was going to find more older US Coins but for some reason the rest were clad coins and 1 Nickel. Maybe because I moved to a different spot It is a pretty big haul - 25C - 33 each 10C - 35 each 5C - 1 each 1C - 18 each 1C - Wheat Cents 7 each 1C - 1988 Canada Cent
Boy. What determination. I can see you don't give up on your goal to metal detect, even if you have a heat stroke and are hospitalized. LOL
I'm re-watching the 3 Season British Sit-Com the 'Detectorist' & would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the idea of 'treasure hunting'. (2014 Mackinsie Crook & Toby Jones) Highly enjoyable, J.T.
