Crooks and corrupt people usually will tell how they are from what they say about others. Whatever it is they are doing they will accuse someone else of doing it .

It appears that the seller went to a lot of trouble to lightly clean the coin in dirt.

This is as bad as the individual I called out on craig's list offering a 1910 penny that you could hardly read the date on and he only wanted $1200.00 for it. I called him and ask him if it was a mistake and he assured me that it was in fact a legit offering and the coin was worth more than he posted it for. I ask him if he felt guilty and he said why should I if someone is stupid enough to buy it. Takes all kinds of crooks. I made a posting on craigs list debunking his claim and two days later the coin was not listed. I HOPE he did not sell it.

When they say "No scammers", that's projection. Politicians use it constantly.
