    Ruben,
Don't think it is my monitor, but your pics are loosing their sharpness. The top one looks pretty good, but not as sharp as they used to be. The middle 2 are a little fuzzy and the bottom one looks to be just out of focus

Take the pictures on your cameras macro setting. ;)

It costs next to nothing and it is something I have had to do more than once, try cleaning the auto-focus photoeye. If it works, that is great. If it doesn't, you have lost nothing.

The 3rd pic appears to be the best. Get a mini-tripod Ruben, they only cost about $20. Getting clear pics by hand is all but impossible.

I have the tripod. I really think the camera is shot. It's taken over 15000 photo's and the photocells have finite life. Plus its been crushed in my bag. Once the lens got stuck in the open position when the battery ran out...

I think your autofocus maybe working too good, and focusing on the surface of the holder and not on the surface of the coin inside. Try taking a photo of a coin without a cover and see what it looks like.

But on the SLQ it focused fine, but it didn't pick up details that it used to. You can see dithering in the image and the loss of crispness of the lines in the left and right stands and such...

I think you could also use a new keyboard as well. It's looks like you have had a lot of pizza while you have been typing...I think I saw one key actually move a little while I was trying to make out the coin.
