2000 New Hampshire crimp & repunched mm?

Looks like it took a knife to a gun fight. Post Minting Damage (PMD)

Looks, to me, like hockey puck damage. Hit the boards too many times.

 

It can't be a Repunched Mint Mark because in 2000 they were part of the design and not added on with a punch. I believe 1989 was the last year Mint Marks were hand punched onto the Die.

Is this considered doubled die? And there's some things going on with the mint mark?

 

In that condition it's hard to tell and it wouldn't make any difference anyway. It's just too damaged.
