Hi, Its been a long while since I've been on this site hope everyone is
well and in the best of health in these rough times. Blessings.

I have 2 star notes and wonder if they are worth keeping or spending.
I also found a $20 note that i thought had been cut until I flipped it over.
Is this a misaligned note? and if so whats it worth? Thanks.

I would keep the 2 * Notes as for the low serial number (I do see the low quality of them)

Of course condition is everything in currency, but I'd be inclined to keep them just the same. Star notes and fairly low serial numbers. Not low enough for most collectors, but great finds from the wild. As for the misaligned $20, it's hard to say. I think other more knowledgeable members would have a more definitive answer.

IMO, low serial and star note = keeper in my book, even if the condition is rough. Granted, I don't see many 10's and 20's star notes in my area.

The 2009 $20 looks fine on 3 sides, and the left margin appears to have been cut at an angle. Whether it happened at the BEP or afterwards is yet to be determined. I wouldn’t call it misaligned. I keep all the star notes I find for $10 and below regardless of condition and go cases-by-case on the higher denominations.
