    Welcome to CT where you can learn a lot if you are open minded and try to learn and educate yourself.
    Your cents looks to possibly be a dryer coin. It is worn much like many I've seen. So, it is just PMD and NAV. Post mint damage, no added value.

    ...not quite. A nickel struck on a dime planchet would exhibit some serious design abbreviation. Both sides would show half-letters and numbers at the edge and part of the rim would be missing...like @paddyman98 said, this was just worn edges...Spark
