The 1969-S cent is famous for having machine doubling and they are easy to find.
The real DDO is easy to spot without any magnification.

The Cherrypickers Guide even has a special warning about not being fooled by all the MD coins out there. It also states that the MD coins are only worth face value.
That's because there are so many of them.

There are some coins with really bold MD that have a little extra value but not the 1969-S cent. Having them graded is a sure way to loose in a big way.

So, this guy lucked into a whole roll of Doubled Dies.
We usually get the folks that don't understand what MD and DDD is. But really the OP thinks that he has 20 or more of them?
This only suggest that he has a lot to learn.
    Or he is just Trolling.:troll:

A bunch of Common Cents, Or, well wait hold on a minute. I think that the OP should use some "Common Sense". The 69'S DDO is a 100K coin and you thinkyou have more than one. SMH

1969s pennies actually have several doubled die varieties. I can't tell if you have another lesser varieties or not from your pictures, but it does not have the obvious characteristics of the one you hope it is. It's worth distinguishing since the values are a little different on them...and by a little, I mean a new SUV different. Just take some time and look at pictures of the 69S doubled die, seriously compare the differences, and ask yourself if it is worth your hard earned money to send what you have in to get graded. Remember, there are maybe 40 to 50 that have ever been found, they have been searched out for roughly half a century, and they are distinguishable to the naked eye, so it would behoove you to be overly critical of anything you find and think is the 1969s doubled die. If you still think you have it, good luck.

We have been telling him what you just said for a long time. He still doesn't get it.
Have you even read any of his earlier posts?

That's a nice collection Paddyman! How many 1969S's you have sitting around in there? lol.
No, this is my first thread of his. Thought I would add one more voice of reason before he wastes money and gets some disappointing slabs back in the mail.

AHHH...he has been doing this a while I see. WOW!
@Jj Oliva , I hope you listen to these guys and learn how to spot these coins so you wont waste any more of your money on grading common coins. I support anyone learning and growing in a hobby, but this one seems to be hurting you financially and it doesn't seem you are learning from your mistakes. We all start out thinking we have found the holy grail only to realize it was just a penny...my first submission of 5 DDO's to John Wexler yielded a measly one actual in return. He was very supportive of me learning more and trying again, so I did. I have come a long way, and you can too if you can acknowledge and learn from these documented and even expert verified mistakes. Do some reading and studying and try for more common errors and varieties...maybe just some of the ATB quarter doubled dies that are reasonably plentiful, not valuable, but easy to find. I wish you the best, man.
