new massachusetts pine tree copper on ebay- genuine or counterfeit?

As most of us know, this is a VERY rare and valuable coin. so why is it being sold on ebay for $9.99 no reserve? Any thoughts? Genuine or counterfeit?

And behind door #2 a banner pops-up and reads "Genuine Counterfeit"! Oh he*&, doors #1 and #3 have the same banner.

Well, I've given this a great deal of thought, and I think I've come up with a conclusion :

IT'S A DOG :vanish: :hammer:

 

I've always love the grade "nice".

 

Along with the great views everyone else has already contributed to this issue, I just wanted to add that any time the person selling is Unsure of what they have that they are selling, I am sure I don't want what they have ;-)

 

He's also selling a certified James Madison Dollar , with the bidding starting at $3,500 .
