I know there are some contrarian collectors who focus on lowest grade coins in capsules. I'm not sure what such collectors look for. If you are one, what motivates you to collect such... storied pieces? Would this be worth slabbing for such a hobbyist? It's rough enough that I'm 95% sure on the date, but less than 50/50 on the mintmark.
