Need help to determine value on two war coins

    I'm thinking the nickel could be a VF, but that might be very optimistic. Value might be $1

    At best the war Nickel is worth $.75. It contains 35% silver and that's not much. I have no idea about the foreign coin.

    I didn't know that the war Nickel contained silver thanks for the input on the war Nickel.

    The only Nickels that contain silver have a large mintmark above the dome. They are all World War II dates. See that large P on yours. It's from the Philadelphia Mint. That makes it easy to identify.
