As the title says, I'm trying to figure out if this defect is a stamp error during minting, or just damage to the coin. It seems like an almost perfect circular stamp on the obverse and lamination defect on the reverse. Just wondering if it would be worthwhile to sent it in for formal evaluation by NGC or ANACS.

Not super great pictures, I can try to take more if it would be helpful.

    Thank you!
