The Second one is a series 1990 $10 "Minnie Mouse" D-A, I have about 20 recent purchases that I will be sending out to PMG on Tuesday
Some are actually worth major dollars, Military Payment Certificates and Disney Dollars make strange bed fellow...LOL
Very sharp, yeah I have several of these style holders, these are the first offerings from PCGS back in the day, but they are very flimsy and don't offer allot of protection as the material used to hold the note is of the ultra light variety and if you not careful you could actually damage the note.
Just got this one in today ! the Series 611 $5 is pretty rare especially in A/U Grades, there are a couple 67,s in population if you want to pay close to a thousand dollars...LOL, as many of you know I am big on this specific grade both on quality and price, here are some quick stats on this one. Series 611 ( the $5 note is also referred to as the Grace Kelly note ) Issued: 1/6/1964 Withdrawn: 4/28/1969 Countries Used: Korea, Japan, Cyprus, Libya Delivered population: 2,800,000 ( Well below the average for most issues )
Hers a similar one in both grade and rarity: Series 591 Issued: 5/26/61 Withdrawn: 1/6/1964 Countries used: Cyprus, Iceland,Japan and Korea Delivered population: 6,800,000 ( Well below average )
Due to our recent situation I've been on the computer more than usual. I recently have been buying notes that look good when paired together. This is my latest: the top note was purchased and the bottom note was found in the wild.
