I'm so excited....as this is so much the opposite of any of my purchases in the last 18 months! Today John aka Allegiance rare coins and I did a little horse trading.....John and I have had several dealings over the years.I highly recommend his ebay store and private dealings. Thanks again John always a pleasure!
I received this today courtesy of Flyers10. It is the nicest thing that has ever happened to me on a forum. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/co...d-states-coin-set-see-rules-in-thread.358865/
I collect many different things but something with 1955 is always at the top of the list. SWEET coin.
Congratulations on your win. It's a very nice looking set. It was very generous of @flyers10 to have that contest.
Couldn’t resist this one for $10 back of bid last night a 66+ cac went for double what I paid. I haven’t seen in hand but totally think it’s got a good chance of a bean if I’m interpreting the two sets of pics. Ha pics can often look washed out as far as luster I don’t think this would grade this high without it to me a no question original skin. Common date perfect for a type set
In another thread, I mentioned that I'll try to add more CAC coins to my collection. If you're a believer or not doesn't matter, a CAC'ed coin is usually preferred over a similar coin w/o sticker. Well... I walked the talk and just added this lovely Civil War era G$1 to my NGC gold dollar set... @Seattlite86 @Rheingold @Eduard
