1859 cent type collection

Hi. I just received this 1859 indian cent in the email that I bought for $19 on ebay. What are your grade estimates?

around 32 according to pcgs online

I say VF 30. IMO

 

I'd say VF-25 but there are some issues (good ones). The top of the R is weak in AMERICA and there are two little "bumps" below the breast, one next to the ribbon and one towards the breat tip. I wonder if these are addressed by Snow? :kewl:

Could it be a die clash? The mark on the neck looks like the crosslet on the bottom of the N in ONE.
