‘08 Alaska quarter. Error or not?

    There was a post here before discussing the 2008 Alaska quarter with the “extra claw” on the bear. Was it decided if these are errors or not?     I think the consensus is that they are die chips around a weak spot on the die.
    But I'm not an error guy, so maybe others will chime in.

    It appears to be a die chip and die chips are errors. However, it's a very minor error
