You might have a winner coin, but wait untill you can see it in hand. There have been different times when I've bought coins sight un-seen but only from dealers I know.
Each grading company grades FBL differents. That is something else to remember when searching on ebay.

At only $10 you really can't go wrong (close to bullion value alone!)- got a return priv and seller with decent feedback and maybe Paypal to back you up. I've bought many blurred photo coins on Ebay "taking a chance" and got to say with all due honesty that better than 50% I ended up keeping (been collecting 48 years)! Many sellers (dealers) on Ebay INTENTIONALLY post like one very blurred photo of only one side of a coin and give next to no details in the description/others are "newbie" sellers with little or no clue as to how to post and do not do it intentionally- it's a roll of the dice and YOUR call as to if you want to bid or not. The main things to consider when in a situation like this, aside from asking multiple questions/requesting more pics/etc, are:
1. return privilege
2. NO "restocking fees" or any other forms of "punishment" imposed by the seller
3. it's backed up by Paypal -super important- I have almost lost $ on bad sellers until PP intervened and BINGO - got all my $ refunded!
To keep your costs down on returns, use Delivery Confirmation instead of pricey insurance - usually + or - $2.00 total

Sometimes peep's usernames are the exact opposite of what/who they are, so Speedy may look and sound like Speedy Gonzalez, when in fact he's actually his half-baked cousin in disguise, Slowpoke Rodriguez. And it's so easy for El Pussygato GD to catch him, all he has to do is wave a little piece of cheese in the air and here comes Slowpoke.

The seller probably pocketed half the shipping fee and it's still traveling via parcel post. Common practice nowadays to one degree or another.

 

Well, here is the update.

The coin was sitting in my mailbox today. It is an ICG MS-65, but not an FBL like the pics show (it is not labeled FBL on the slab). Comparing it to my PCGS MS-64FBL, this coin is no more than a MS-63PQ. far from FBL though.
