    I have never heard of struck online a rotation o_O

    Looking at the date I clearly see Die Deterioration doubling.
    Nothing else.

    Ok.. That has nothing to do with your Cent.

    The 'ES' in STATES & 'CE' in CENTS show good evidence of Die Deterioration.

    Sorry but thats not even close. You can show all the pictures you want and point out what you see. But your Cent is just a normal cent with Deterioration.

    I think one of the OP's questions is about a rotated die. If you look at the first 2 pictures , the first picture shows the flip is level (obverse) and the second picture (reverse) shows the flip is not level.

    That Cent is not in a flip. It is on a white surface. The second picture is near the edge.
