1922 peace dollar - mintmark question

    Could someone offer an opinion as to what this mintmark is supposed to be.
    Peace dollar 1922, Obverse type 11 (roman numerals), reverse type B2.
    I am guessing a badly stamped D, but am a bit confused by the other marks in and around it. Sorry but you won't get a better photo, been trying for 2 hours, damn micro marks on these coins

    Looks like a D to me

    The field gives you evidence of a worn die strike. So that would also affect the look of the D mint mark.
