Tried that already, about 6 years ago - they wouldn't go for it. They did go for the design changes, and now people do nothing but complain about all the new designs. Lesson learned - be careful what you ask for, you just may get it.
If that is still the law the Treasury can change the coins at will at this juncture. And since he is appointed by the President, a motivated President can make for some interesting new coins. Either of the current canditates collect coins?? Ruben
The problem is they don't have strong artistic leadership at the Mint any longer. Maybe they can put the whole thing in the hands of the Metropolitan or Guggenheim..... Ruben
I picked it up for $110 and why would you ask if all would grade MS70? Don't have the PCGS pop report but I would put the number of MS70's at a very small fraction of the number of MS69's. I have the BE HD's in PR69/MS69.
That is not bad! I was asking mostly because to the discussion in the other thread. I ask if they all grade 70 because they are incredible and perfect coins directly from the mint. I think it is amazing that the mint now turns out huge numbers of perfect quality coins Ruben
you havent seen good coins yet not the real good ones the sp and the british coins were a beginning the journey is about to begin in earnest
I'm sure Spock meant to say something important but he fuddled the english. I've been known to do that myself from time to time Ruben
