You post a link to someone selling 836 items, and you expect someone to look through all of them to help you? You're not asking for too much! Are you? ~ Chris
Well isn't this a lovely thread? I went ahead and took the bait and clicked on the link; it's as if I'm going back to the early 2000s with that website. Here's "what gives" on that seller's photos: - Some coins are clearly photographed sitting behind cellophane or another kind of plastic (likely in a 2x2) - A combination of sharpness, contrast, and white balance have been edited on many of the photos to subdue contact marks and possibly past cleanings Why? Because he's selling AU junk to the unsuspecting for gem BU prices. FWIW, a lot of members, as stated, will not click on links of things that aren't well known (e.g. eBay, HA, etc.), so it's best to post photos/screenshots of what you're referencing, especially if there's 836 bloody things to sort through.
Obliged for the advice and thank you for the review as I though the same thing on contact marks. I did not recall seeing any slabbed coins on the site.
Not a complaint. I'm just letting you know that a large number of CT members do not open links. You will get much better responses with photos than a link.
