    My member name may not be so easy to figure out....unless you are into aviation.

    PA = Piper Aircraft
    J3 = aircraft model J3
    Cub = name of the airplane

    A friend of mine had a J3 in the 1980's. Although I took lessons in a Cessna 172 most of my logged hours were in a J3 Cub. Unfortunately, with all of life's other responsibilities I never completed my flight training or obtained my certification. But, there's still time. Right? :)

    Best,
    Brian

    Mine comes from my then 4-year old son. He spilled some soda on the ground and after a while there was a stream of ants coming to feast on the spilled soda. My son said "look Dad! Soda ants!".

    Catbert is the evil human resources director in the comic strip Dilbert. Those of you who understand the cubicle life in corporations get the idea. Catbert and I share something in common, but I'm not evil! :kewl:

    When I was a teenager some (few) people called me Iceman when I played basketball. I suppose it had something to do with Top Gun. I got that but translated it into Basque, as I come from the Basque Country (although I live in Madrid - Spain).

    Izotz = Ice

    In some non-numismatic local forums my nick is "Krause", but I suppose nobody gets the idea :D

    It happened one day not long ago....as I mentioned when I joined, a friend is a collector and the piece they had sent to our office was registered and had to be signed for. Well since I am the Administrative Secretary I signed for it....when delivered to the person, they asked if I wanted to see something really unique? Of course my curiosity got the best of me and I agreed.
    The item I was shown was just amazing to me and my first reaction was "how much is that worth"?
    Well now you know how I choose my name ;)

    As SJSU, I was starting to take some classes in preparation for a teaching credential, when I ran into this Lingusitics professor who told her college class that no English words combined the two suffixes "-ing" and "-ly" ... I begged to differ, and offered up my favorite adverb as evidence. She got in a snit, but I had the last word: swimmingly. Besides, I'm a happy go-lucky kinda guy, so it fits, at least now that I no longer have to listen to that Linguistics professor from Hell.

    I am the son of Larson. sonlarson seemed better than larsonson. It's a tribute and a reminder of my father who passed away in 2001

    My ID is derived from the central character of Ayn Rand's novel "Atlas Shrugged." A remarkable book which continues to become more relevant to our times as our culture evolves, or rather, devolves.
