I don't have any affiliation with this seller but I've occasionally noticed his auctions around. I just thought I would share this. This is a seller that doesn't have anything to hide. I mentioned to somebody else here (but couldn't find an auction for them) how this guy takes close ups of the reeded edge for you to inspect, which can help you rule out a bad counterfeit anyway. This guy is in to photography so I guess it's hard to expect this from every seller, but for ungraded coins, this guy does one of the better jobs on ebay IMO. http://cgi.ebay.com/1901-5-00-LIBER...39:1|66:2|65:12|240:1308&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
I've run across this seller too and I agree. Those are some awesome pics! :thumb: Now, what up with that die crack from the eagle's right wing tip to the rim? :kewl: Ribbit
Almost a bit overboard, but rather have too many pics than not enough. Besides, you can copy and paste them and keep them.
I'm sure his few extra shots help him push his sales so good for him :thumb: I'd feel alot more secure buying from someone like this then a one shot picture of both sides from someone else
I bet you're right. I bet he gets a certain percentage more on most coins for going through the extra work of posting all the pics. Probably worth it in the end for him.
