I would say AU+ - Almost Uncirculated, Possibly Cleaned?

I not sure if was clean. but it been in my family stuff since 1927 when grand father moved to the USA.

I would say MS-64 as I can't see any visible wear in the coin. But if there is indeed any wear in Eagle's knees then it will probably go AU-58.
It doesn't look cleaned to me.

 

I'd say it's likely AU. It seems the knees are often weakly struck.
Is there any luster?

By way of comparison, here's a toned one I have, you can see the knees are similar (I shot it for color and lost the luster in doing so)
