    If it is raised, it could be a small gouge in the die. If it is recessed, it is probably PMD, but I can't tell from your photo because the top edge is washed out in the light. ~ Chris

    Interesting. Need a better picture, not a picture of a computer screen. I’ve searched over $400 worth of 2019-D and haven’t seen this.

    looks to be raised and smooth not damaged.

    Might even be a plating blister but either way like someone else said it would not be worth very much.
