And it also has late stage die. Just wanted more opinions.

The photos make it very hard to see any detail. You may need to take clearer photos to get some educated guesses as to what is going on with your coin.

 

Clearer photos would help a lot. It would probably be better if you removed the coin from the holder before taking new pics.

It is worth whatever a mint error collector is willing to pay for it. No large premium. A few bucks.

 

Your new photos are so much better. Thanks for posting them. There's an older Coin Talk thread on this. They're called "cracked skull" cents. IMO, judging by that, I don't think there's a lot of added value but you can always look up sales results on eBay.

You can tell by the ridge ring that your coin was struck with a very deteriorated die and shows some DDD on it.
