1992 Washington Quarter (Error Category)

    Need input as to what i have here.. Die clash? Shattered die? Broad strike?

    Also right below the date, are those leaves from reverse image?

    Only a bank or credit union would take it, and give you a better one in return. That's what I do with damaged coins like this one that cashiers have slipped in with my return change. This happens to me a few times per year on average. Under all the normal wear & tear change I get a trashed coin and didn't see it until I get home and sort through it all.
