I am trying to figure out who this is graded by and if it is a good deal. Can someone help me. Thanks. http://cgi.liveauctions.ebay.com/20...270027987QQitemZ280270027987#ebayphotohosting freaky
Go up to the search bar and click and enter ABON and read the threads. Should answer your question rather specifically. Jim
freaky, dont touch this with a 10 foot pole. NO joking... I would put money that those arenot even close to the grade specified.. DONT DO IT
NO, NO, NO. SGS is in reality Stupid Goofy Scammer. Used to be Some Gross Skittles but the candy company made them change. Therer are those that mix this up with Soggy Ground Stuff.
Just search for SGS and you will see what the members of this board think of them. Now when you learn enough to cherry pick the few good coins in SGS holders then it will be another matter. As it is stick to PCGS,NGC, ANACs and ICG - my opinion only.
If your math is good, then take the SGS Grade and divide by 2 and you'll be much closer to the actual grade. :goof: I believe many coins SGS has graded were rejects (body-bagged) from the reputable TPG's. Ribbit
Okay. I don't like ebay anyhow so now I find out what I always suspected. I know, I know, but I still don't like buying anything I haven't seen upfront. zg
I was looking for an early 50's proof set, can not remember what year it was but there was a set graded by SGS with all of the coins a PR 70. That said enough to me.
