The problem is that if you have something like that 1974 aluminum cent you do not want to get a penny on the dollar. Which is precisely what a Guido would give. You would need to become familiar with the major players and see if any of them would make a reasonable offer and maybe then you still only get a dime on the dollar. Hmmm...overseas might be better.

Why couldn't you just move the item to a foreign jurisdiction and then sell it on the open market? Obviously not some place like Canada or the UK, but there must be some countries that could care less if the '74 aluminum cent is outlawed in the states.
