Is this Diocletian?

I'm pretty sure this is Diocletian, but I wanted to get a second opinion.

The bust is very detailed, but unfortunately the lettering is all but gone. I can see IMP C, but that's about it.
Reverse has no letters, but the motif matches a CONCORDIA MILITVM.

Obv: IMP C....PFAVG. Radiate bust right.
Rev: (CONCORDIA MILITVM?) Jupiter presenting globe with victory on top.
    Diam: 19mm

    Maybe Maximian instead?

THANK you! That certainly looks right. If I over-stress my eyes enough I can make out enough letters to preclude Diocletian.

    Gracias.
