I purchased this semi-key from David Lawrence and received it today. Before I crack it out and put it into an Air-tite like the rest of this series, I thought I'd get some opinions. While a similar straight grade is not all that difficult to obtain, this one cost me a fraction of the market average picking it up for $68.00. Look closely. While I won't dispute the assigned grade, in hand this has the look of a very-fine 20. His photos are a bit dark. It's more like the slab photo than the close-up's with both sides an equal shade of steel gray and has great eye appeal. I'm currently thirty-three short of a complete series which match this one as far as the details are concerned. Some cleaned, some not. None damaged. In my opinion, a cleaned coin is completely acceptable (within reason) for a circulated collection. So I ask for your thoughts and comments. Like the coin, sarcasm will be graded accordingly. Thanks!
Lilttle wipe on the obverse fields. Otherwise original. For a raw cleaned coin I could live with it as it’s not scrubbed to death
