Here's a two dollar bill first day of issue that i bought from the mint in 1976 The bill is in a folder with obverse faced down and the reverse is visable.I did some research on this bill and found nothing on it. I would like to know if they are considered rare, and what value do these have. I will never see the obverse since you probably have to leave it like this. You may want to see if you can search closed auctions - I'm not sure how to do it. You may also want to PM Lew (lewminator) as he collects and sells many $2's.
