Looks like a normal 1983 cent. What are your thoughts?

First, welcome to the neighborhood! Like frog said, you'll have to be more specific.

what specifically are you asking about as we are not mind readers?

we do not see anything special, although you may be thinking there is some type of error or something on it. You can see it in hand. We can only see a highly light reflective cent with the harsh light blowing out a lot of surface details.

Looks normal to me. Anything special that you see? Welcome to CT.

The attraction is probably because it's in pretty good condition for it being a 37 years old zinc penny. I see it took a hit from the rim of another coin, perhaps a quarter, between the words "God" and "We". We see that exact type of damage quite frequently around here due to the fact that a lot of individuals suspect it is an error, which it is not.
