I'm not sure if it has multiple errors on it because it looks like on the off center rim it has a divet on it. And a possible small cud on reverse
If a cud is caused by a die break. The die didn't strike that part of the planchet. (I could be wrong as I'm not an expert).

Welcome to Coin Talk. follow the steps. 1) Scroll to the top of this page or open any thread and scroll to the top. 2) In the blue box at the very top click on forums (2nd from left on top line) 3) From the dropdown menu under coin forums choose one: (Coin chat; US Coins forum; error coins; Foreign coins; etc. 4) After you click on the forum, a new box opens and in the lower right corner there's a blue box where you click on POST NEW THREAD. 5) Fill in the title of your post. 6) Write a comment, question, or whatever you want to. 7) If you want to include photos click on upload a file and choose images and from your files, photos, etc. 8) After you've uploaded them Click create thread and you're done. If I've missed something please let me know. EDIT. When you get a chance go through the first 2 steps and when the forums open up you'll see the rules of Coin Talk. It's a very good suggestion that you familiarize yourself with the rules here on Coin Talk.

Y I think he's actually asking how much it is worth and not how much off-center percentage the coins are.. He did create this thread in the What's it Worth forum.
Nice off Centered strikes. No cud on the nickel as it has not been struck. A cud only occurs on the rim when the planchet has been struck. That looks like it took a hit.
