    Photos of full coin would be nice to see, and a close up of Liberty too.

    I was looking more at the point of the 9. The seven does look low.
    Small mintmark matches better.
    I will hold out for liberty.

    The end of the loop of the "9" points to the bottom of the "7"......Large Date.

    The mintmark was hand-punched into the die prior to 1990 so it can't be a doubled die. Like the date, it is machine doubling. ~ Chris
