According to my 1960 Blue Book, it was worth $35 in UNC, but in those days, toning was considered tarnish and not sought after.

    MS64 - $20

    I’ll guess 64, sweet coin. $30 in 1978

Probably 20 something in 1978. I remember paying way less than $30 for Morgans in the late seventies.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

That is an MS-63 that got a color bump to 64.

As I understand it, colorful toning was not widely sought after in the 70's. So, you probably paid a shockingly low price for it.

    Very nice toning!
    I'll guess MS-63 and $18 in 1978.

I’m stuck between AU-58 and MS 62. But I don’t really collect Morgan’s and a blind chimp could grade better.

64 on the plastic. $15 in 1978. Had you said 1979, I'd have had to ask which month.

I'm guessing PCGS graded this MS64 or MS64+ (depending on when it was put into the holder, since plus grades are relatively new). I'd imagine you picked it up for ~$15 back in the day :)

I'll guess it crossed over from the Anacs MS 65

Any guess on price from me would be throwing a dart blindfolded.

As mentioned it is before silver spiked. Less than $20.
